INTRODUCING THE 2026 JET CLUB

Private Aviation,
Finally on Your Terms

Balance never expires. No monthly fees. 24‑month rate protection that resets with every replenishment. We didn't tweak the Jet Club. We rebuilt it from the ground up.

“While everyone else is raising prices, we locked yours in for 24 months — every time you replenish.”

THE INDUSTRY PROBLEM

Private Aviation Has Been Broken for Years

Expiring deposits. Surprise surcharges. Unlimited rate hikes. The industry has been designed to work for operators, not for you. We decided to fix that.

Use It or Lose It

Most jet cards expire in 12–24 months. If life changes, your deposit vanishes with the clock.

Fee After Hidden Fee

Late-night surcharges, regional premiums, catering markups, de-icing fees — the invoice always looks different than the quote.

Unlimited Rate Hikes

Industry rates have climbed 8–12% annually. No one writes a cap into the contract — until now.

We Rewrote the Contract — In Your Favor

The 2026 Jet Club (JC26) is a ground-up reimagining of the Jet Club. We eliminated the fees that didn't make sense, removed the 24-month term that put pressure on your deposit, and locked in rate protection that resets every time you replenish your account.

The result is a membership built around one idea: every dollar you deposit should go toward flying — not toward fine print.

WHAT'S NEW

Built Different. Built Better.

No Expiration. Ever.

Your deposit stays active until you've flown it. No 24-month clock, no deadline forcing your hand, no pressure to use it or lose it.

Zero Monthly Fees

The $1,000/month membership fee is gone. That's $12,000 a year back in your balance. Every dollar you deposit flies with you.

24-Month Rate Protection

Your rates, fees, and access level are locked for 24 months from your initial deposit — and every replenishment resets the clock for another 24 months. Keep flying, keep your rates.

Simplified Short-Notice Fees

The old tiered premium schedule (up to $6,500 per cabin class) is replaced with one clean formula: one additional flight hour. Simpler and often cheaper.

High Demand Days — No Flat Premium

Previously $5,000–$10,000 per cabin. Now it's just one additional hourly rate. Fly holidays and peak weekends without the sticker shock.

Two Tiers, One Program

Jet Club ($100K+ replenishment) for standard access, or Jet Club Plus ($200K+) for guaranteed High Demand Day access. Pick the tier that matches how you fly.

$12,000/year

That's what the monthly membership fee was costing you. With JC26, every dollar of your deposit goes toward flying.

FEES ELIMINATED

Every Other Company Found a New Fee This Year. We Found Six to Eliminate.

The fewer surprises on your invoice, the better. We agree.

Late Night / Early Morning Fee Previously $3,000–$7,000 for flights between 10pm–7am. Now $0.
Upper Northwest Surcharge Previously $4,000–$9,500 for WA, OR, ID, and BC. Now $0.
Monthly Membership Fee Previously $1,000/month ($12,000/year). Now $0.
Catering Markup Previously cost + 15%. Now billed at cost only — no markup.
De-Icing & Hangar Charges Now included at no additional charge when operationally required.
Hawaii & Alaska Exclusion Previously excluded entirely. Now available, subject to aircraft capability.
The rest of the industry is figuring out how to charge you more. We spent the last year figuring out how to charge you less.

RATE PROTECTION

24-Month Rate Protection vs. Industry Reality

Private aviation rates have climbed 8–12% annually in recent years. JC26 locks your rates for 24 months from every replenishment — so as long as you keep flying and topping up, your rates stay put. Here's what that looks like over five years for an active member.

Industry Average (8% annual) Industry High (12% annual) JC26 (protected with replenishment)
Up to 40% less

That's the gap between uncapped industry rates and a JC26 member who replenishes on cadence over five years.

JC26 rates are inclusive of Federal Excise Tax (FET). JC25 rates are exclusive of FET, which is charged separately. JC26 rates are protected for 24 months from your Effective Date and reset to a new 24-month Rate Protection Period each time you make a qualifying Replenishment. JC26 eliminates the monthly membership fee across all cabins.

THE FINE PRINT, TRANSLATED

Questions We Know You'll Ask

We wrote a better contract. Here's what it actually says, in plain English.

What's the minimum deposit, and what's the difference between Jet Club and Jet Club Plus?

JC26 has two tiers, selected by the amount of your Initial Deposit (or subsequent Replenishment). Jet Club starts at $100,000 and gives you Standard Availability, Short Notice trips, and High Demand Day access subject to availability. Jet Club Plus starts at $200,000 and adds guaranteed High Demand Day access at rates fixed at the time of your Replenishment. Both tiers have zero monthly fees and a balance that never expires.

How does the 24-month rate protection work?

Your rates, fees, and access level are locked for 24 months from your Effective Date — this is your Rate Protection Period. Every time you make a qualifying Replenishment, a new 24-month Rate Protection Period begins on the date we receive it. In practice: as long as you keep flying and replenishing on cadence, your rates stay put. If you don't replenish before the period ends, rates automatically reset to then-current rates at the 2-year anniversary.

Can I switch from JC25 to JC26 mid-contract?

JC26 is available as a new membership or at renewal. If you're currently on a JC25 contract, your membership advisor can walk you through timing and transition options. The best time to switch is when your current term is up — there's no penalty for letting your JC25 run its course.

Is my Account Balance refundable?

Your Account Balance remains available for flight services until exhausted and does not expire. If flyExclusive terminates your membership without cause, your remaining Account Balance is refunded in full after deduction of pending charges. Termination for cause (e.g., material breach) is governed by the full agreement — your membership advisor can walk you through the specifics.

Can I transfer my membership?

Yes. JC26 memberships are transferable subject to flyExclusive approval — an upgrade from JC25, which was non-transferable. This adds flexibility if your personal or business circumstances change.

Why are the hourly rates higher than JC25?

JC26 hourly rates include FET (Federal Excise Tax at 7.5%), which JC25 charged separately on top of its quoted rates. When you factor in FET and the elimination of monthly fees, surcharges, and hidden premiums, JC26's total trip cost is typically lower. The trip comparison calculator above demonstrates this.

Are there any fees left?

JC26 is transparent about what remains: a daily rate, an hourly rate, and credit card processing at 3.5% (down from 4%). Short Notice (<96 hr domestic / <120 hr international) and High Demand Days each add one additional flight hour at the hourly rate. International and Hawaii/Alaska trips add a standardized 1-hour international fee. Catering is billed at cost with no markup. Taxi time isn't billed. De-icing is included. That's it — no hidden layers.
