William Tollison brings 36 years of aviation maintenance and leadership to the flyExclusive MRO. Starting his aviation career serving our country in the United States Air Force, he flew with the C5’s as a Crew Chief. After his time in the military, he went onto working for United Airlines and ATA working his way up and moving into management. Tollison had transitioned into the MRO arena with AAR Corporation in Indianapolis spearheading and developing the 145 Repair Station as the Vice President of Operations. He brings over 20 years of maintenance management/experience in developing and implementing MRO’s as well as the successful growth and financial performance of those organizations. He also has overseen the success of many initiatives and programs designed to empower students to pursue their airframe and powerplant license and has boosted communities in job creation and local opportunity in the industry. On his free time, he enjoys baseball, hiking, fishing, and his 3 English Springer Spaniels.
