David Ivy

David grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and attended NC State University where he earned a double major in Computer and Electrical Engineering. He moved to Durham to be in the heart of entrepreneurship in the Triangle. After spending much of his career at early-stage startups, he became adept in quickly delivering products to market. David was Director of Engineering at Automated Insights, launching and scaling their natural language generation product. Afterward, he joined Liine, an AI-powered analytics platform for patient acquisition, leading an offshore development team. David brings his background in leading product teams and building complex technologies to aviation.
