flyExclusive acquired Volato’s Mission Control flight scheduling software, paid in FLYX Class A common stock under the structured agreement announced in October 2025 — the agreement that granted flyExclusive the right to acquire Volato’s technology platforms and intellectual property for up to an additional $2.0 million in stock.
What the platform covers

The point of buying it
