flyExclusive leased office space in the One North Hills Tower in Raleigh, North Carolina, a step taken in preparation for continued growth through 2026 and beyond. The office is intended to strengthen the company’s ability to attract talent, improve cross-functional collaboration and accelerate execution.
The ramp
- Nearly 30 team members already based in Raleigh at the time of the announcement.
- Temporary space for approximately 50 employees from February.
- Permanent office scheduled to open by June, accommodating around 125 people.

What stays in Kinston
One North Hills is approximately one hour and fifteen minutes from headquarters in Kinston, and the company was explicit that Kinston remains core to its future. MRO capability — paint, interior, avionics and maintenance — continues to operate there, along with maintenance leadership.
Major investments at the NC Global TransPark were also confirmed: a new simulator training centre, a 121,000-square-foot hangar project supporting maintenance growth, and evaluation of a second paint booth. The state investment behind much of that was announced in July 2026.
This move strengthens the entire company. It positions us to collaborate better, grow faster, and continue building what we believe will be the premier private jet operator in the industry.
