Our customers, employees and their families are at the center of everything we do as a company. With the recent developments regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) we at flyExclusive want to detail some of the steps we are taking to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and employees.

OUR SAFETY IS YOUR SAFETY: Our flyExclusive flight crew have been provided health guidance and education in disease prevention for Air Carriers, under guidance of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

WHAT WE ARE DOING: Stringent cleaning and sanitation practices have been enhanced, and all aircraft interior surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned using disinfectant sprays and wipes prior to, and after each flight segment. Each flyExclusive aircraft is sanitized after every flight and each aircraft includes hand sanitizer for crew and passenger use.

WHAT YOU CAN DO: Some basic social distancing guidelines to help protect yourself and others is to avoid physical contact, including no handshakes or hugs. Wash your hands frequently. Whenever possible, stay 6 feet away from others. Also, do not gather in rooms or confined spaces. Please don’t travel if you suspect you may have or have been exposed someone known to have the virus.

We understand many of you may be feeling isolated as public health officials urge us to distance ourselves from others and community events are cancelled. I encourage you to continue to find ways to connect with your loved ones during this time. Maybe a phone call, video chats with a friend, spending time with your loved ones, or enjoying a movie night in with your family. Emotional wellness is just as important as physical well-being. As you take precautions to keep your family physically health, don’t forget to take a moment for yourself. At flyExclusive our fleet of 50 jet aircraft is there for you for the long haul.
