Mike Guina

A career built in charter — and he still flies the customers.

Mike Guina leads flyExclusive's commercial organization. He came to the company by way of Delta Private Jets, where he served as executive vice president with responsibility for every aspect of operations, sales, product development and revenue management.

He joined Delta Private Jets in January 2010 with its acquisition of Segrave Aviation, where he had spent the previous six years, also as executive vice president.

Before the acquisition

Ten years, and a seat on the board

Before Segrave Aviation, Guina spent ten years with Air Partner PLC (AIP:LSE), ultimately rising to president of US operations and a member of the board.

While he was there he pioneered several innovative products, among them fixed futures pricing and point-to-point charter.

Type-rated on the fleet he sells

Guina is type-rated on the Citation Excel and CJ aircraft the company operates. To stay close to the business, its customers and its pilots, he frequently flies flyExclusive charter customers himself.

He attended North East Surrey College of Technology in the United Kingdom.
