This is where the flyExclusive–Volato relationship starts. It ends, two years later, with Volato’s software running inside flyExclusive’s operation.
flyExclusive entered an exclusive agreement to provide aircraft management services to Volato Group, Inc. Volato’s aircraft moved under management by Exclusive Jets, LLC, trading as flyExclusive, bringing the two companies’ combined operation to approximately 100 jets.
What came under management
- 13 fully fractionalised aircraft — HondaJets — comprising 8 leased and 4 managed aircraft.
- Approximately 184 fractional customers and 265 block customers.
- Approximately $75 million in annual Volato revenues excluding aircraft sales.
- Over 1,000 flight hours a month, and more than 12,000 total flight hours in 2023.

What followed
By December 2024 nearly 200 Volato members had joined Jet Club. In October 2025 flyExclusive acquired Volato’s aircraft sales division and rights to its technology platforms, and in March 2026 it bought Mission Control outright.
