Daily Per-Diem

OT, Bonus & Performance Programs

Bonus Day Pay: $1,250 PIC / $1,000 SIC

Compensation

Captain Pay — CJ3/CJ3+/EN/XL

Earn $175,000 in your first year on the 15/13 schedule

Includes base pay, per diem, 2 extra days per month, flight hour bonus at 50 hours per month (starts at 30 hours)

Applies to CJ/EN/XL, other airframes have higher base salaries

Qualifications

Pilot Requirements

Captain / PIC Requirements

Minimum

  • 3000 hours total time
  • ATP Certificate
  • PIC typed and current in one of the aircraft
  • Current first class medical certification
  • Authorization to work in U.S.

Preferred

  • Minimum 3500 hours total time
  • Minimum 12 months turbojet PIC under Part 135/121

First Officer / SIC Requirements

Minimum

  • 2000 hours total time (at least 500 fixed wing and 200 multi-engine and/or turbine)
  • Full ATP completed
  • Current first class medical certification
  • Authorization to work in U.S.

Preferred

  • 2500 hours total time
  • Experience with types in fleet
