Mike Guina

Previously Mike served as Executive Vice President of Delta Private Jets where his responsibilities included all aspects of operations, sales, product development, and revenue management. Mike joined Delta Private Jets with the acquisition of Segrave Aviation in January 2010 where he had spent the previous six years also as Executive Vice President. Previously Mike spent ten years with Air Partner PLC (AIP:LSE), ultimately rising to President of US Operations and a board member. While there he pioneered several innovative products including fixed futures pricing and point-to-point charter. Mike is type rated on the Citation Excel and CJ aircraft operated by the Company and to be close to the business, customers and pilots, frequently flies Company charter customers. Mike attended North East Surrey College of Technology (UK).

Allen Thomas
Executive Vice President

Allen leads our business development, administrative and revenue management side of flyExclusive. He is the former Executive Director of the North Carolina Global TransPark and Foreign Trade Zone, a 2,500-acre international multi-modal industrial park, and transportation hub specializing in aerospace, advanced manufacturing and logistics. Prior, Allen co-founded IQMax Inc. technologies in 1998 which was acquired by Fusion (Nasdaq: FSNN). A native of North Carolina, Allen was the three-term Mayor of the City of Greenville (pop. 100,000). He received his undergraduate degree in business marketing from East Carolina University, earned his Masters in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and is a Cahn Fellow Scholarship Recipient for Senior Leadership Studies at Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School.

Ricky Jones
Chief Information Officer

Ricky leads all technology initiatives for the Company. His team is developing comprehensive solutions to manage every aspect of the business. His team has app’s in development for pilot interface/data management, wholesale customer interactions and partner/club/card customer management. Our proprietary scheduling software will launch in January 2020 and optimization launch is close behind. Ricky began his career with Wachovia Bank Dealer Services developing business intelligence systems. After that he developed cutting edge R&D software for the pharmaceutical industry. Ricky joined Segrave Aviation and led the IT department until it was sold to Delta Air Lines (largely based on the company technology he developed). Ricky stayed on with Delta Private Jets for three years. He joined a Berkshire Hathaway company, McLean Foods, until LGME was founded. At that time he joined the Company and is now an integral part of the leadership team. Ricky graduated from East Carolina University in 1999 and is also a private pilot.

Josh Golden
VP Revenue Management

Josh previously held the positions of Director of Fleet Operations and Revenue Management with Delta Private Jets. Josh joined Delta Private Jets with the acquisition of Segrave Aviation, where he had held the position of Manager of Flight Control. Josh received his bachelor’s degree in education in 2003.

Brandon Greene
VP Fleet Development

Brandon Greene serves as Vice President, Fleet Development, responsible for the acquisition of aircraft through the company’s Aircraft Partnership program, variable lease and traditional aircraft management programs. Throughout Brandon’s 21-year career in business aviation, his focus has been strategic aircraft acquisition and fleet growth initiatives through innovative lease and management agreements. Brandon has successfully negotiated hundreds of aircraft transactions while building longstanding relationships by guiding partners through an end-to-end process, including aircraft selection and acquisition, leasing, conformity and certification. Prior to joining flyExclusive, Brandon was National Director, Aircraft Management Sales and Director of Marketing with Delta Private Jets, Inc. In his career, he has also held sales and marketing positions with Comair, Inc. and United Airlines. Greene is a graduate of Indiana-Purdue University at Fort Wayne with a degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision and a concentration in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Brad Blettner
SVP Jet Club

Brad leads the development of flyExclusive’s industry-first Jet Club Partnership Program. The Jet Club Partnership Program expands on the Company’s proven aircraft partnership programs and provides personalized service, convenience and fleet access for Jet Club Partners. Prior to joining flyExclusive, Brad’s experience includes serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Delta Private Jets and the Vice President of Business Development for the Cincinnati Reds Major League baseball team. Brad is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with degrees in Marketing and Management, and he earned a Master of Science in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL.

Darryl Shearer
Director of Maintenance

Darryl has been a leader in the Aviation Maintenance space for over 30 years managing diverse fleets of 50+ aircraft. He holds a Current Airframe and Power Plant license with Inspection Authorization from the Federal Aviation Administration. Prior to joining flyExclusive, Darryl served as Director of Maintenance for Delta Private Jets, and before that, Segrave Aviation. Under his leadership the Company maintains a 95% completion rate, which is industry leading.
