I have only traveled by plane once to HOU, TX – It was for a convention for Women in Technology (which I had won a scholarship to attend by writing an essay during my time in college).

Since 10/25/21, so that makes 3 months 1/25/22.

What does it mean to you to be a person of color in the aviation industry?

If I had to choose one word to describe it, Transcending.I would not have this opportunity if it weren’t for the brave people who came before me.

What does Black History Month mean to you?

To me Black History Month is a time of recognition and celebration of how Black People along with Black Culture inspired and improved the society we live in today.
