Billy Barnard is a seasoned CPA with nearly four decades of financial and consulting experience. Barnard began his career in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers). He served as Chief Financial Officer for 18 years with a family office of retail franchise owners and operators and commercial real estate investments. Barnard’s consulting career includes relationships with some of the largest privately-held businesses in North Carolina. He began his advisory work with flyExclusive in 2014 and most recently served as Chief Business Officer prior to accepting the Interim Chief Financial Officer role.
