flyExclusive’s Mobile Service Units (MSUs) provide rapid-response maintenance wherever our aircraft operate. With six new units deployed across key markets, each MSU brings specialized tooling, diagnostic equipment, parts, and dedicated technicians directly to the ramp. All deployments are coordinated through our FAA Part 145-certified MRO to ensure every remote repair meets the same safety and quality standards as in-hangar work.
The MSU program is designed to accelerate return-to-service performance and strengthen fleet reliability. By expanding our ability to recover aircraft in real time—overnight, on the ramp, and in high-demand locations—we’re reducing AOG duration and improving dispatch availability. Additional units coming online in 2026 will further enhance responsiveness and customer experience.
