flyExclusive also featured the expansion of our MRO facilities. flyExclusive is proud to be the only Part 135 operator in the world with the ability to paint our own aircraft. In October, flyExclusive announced the opening of two facilities: the Electrostatic Painting and Coating Facility and the Aircraft Interior Renovation Facility. The Electrostatic Painting and Coating Facility includes two 10,000-square-foot hangars with a full downdraft booth and full filtration system to minimize emissions, along with enough hangar space to accommodate a Gulfstream GIV-SP aircraft.
Our electrostatic painting process utilizes the latest green technologies to maximize efficiency in materials, reduce cost, and mitigate downtime for a faster return to service.
The flyExclusive Aircraft Interior Renovation Facility features a full design shop that allows for complete customization of private aircraft. With a broad selection of features, color schemes, and carpeting choices, clients have full access to create a fully branded fleet with the customizations that they desire.
As the company continues to grow, so does flyExclusive's fleet of over 75+ private jet aircraft. The event showcased flyExclusive's constant dedication to advancing the private jet industry through their ever-growing fleet.
