New structure affirms company’s leading role in the private aviation marketplace

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — July 28, 2022 — flyExclusive, the nation’s fourth largest private jet company, today announced organizational changes to its executive leadership as it continues to set the standard for customer service, innovation, and operational efficiencies in the private aviation marketplace. 

• Jim Segrave leads flyExclusive as Founder and CEO, driving all aspects of the company’s growth and vision, and continues to serve as Chairman.  

• Mike Guina takes the reigns as Chief Strategy Officer focusing on advancing strategic growth initiatives across the company including fleet composition, tools and integration, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) sales, and more. 

• Tommy Sowers continues to serve as President while also taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer. His responsibilities are dedicated to increasing operational efficiencies such as vertical integration of the company divisions, profitability through aircraft utilization, employee retention and growth, and ongoing technology advancements.
